Department: Finance£35-£37k Management Accountant - Join a High-Performing Finance Team We are looking for a Management Accountant to support a growing and dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, part-qualified accountant to step into a fast-paced environment, working across a portfolio of businesses and playing a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and financial control. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate monthly management accounts to tight deadlines, including full P&L and consolidated fund reporting Complete accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, and maintain royalty and fixed asset records Assist with board pack preparation, including variance analysis and EBITDA bridge reporting Prepare finance summaries for non-finance stakeholders Support with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes Contribute to the preparation of statutory accounts, including consolidations Approve ledger transactions and liaise with purchase/sales ledger teams Analyse KPIs and performance metrics for senior management Engage in ad hoc analysis, business projects, and new system integrations Help maintain and improve financial controls and governance Provide holiday cover and team support where needed Ideal Candidate Part-qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) Experienced in management accounts, budgeting & forecasting Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102 Confident using Excel (advanced level); Sage 200 experience desirable Proactive and comfortable with shifting priorities and deadlines Excellent communication skills - able to convey financial information clearly Resilient, organised, and thrives under pressure Strong team player with a collaborative, can-do mindset Comfortable working with colleagues across multiple departments Perks & Benefits Hybrid working model Ongoing professional development Supportive finance leadership Exposure to multi-entity reporting and high-level financial planning Opportunities for progression as the business scales
