Information Technology Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer My client, an MSP based in Surrey are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their technical team. DV clearance is needed due to the clients that they work with (Will be provided). Other responsibilities of the role will include providing technical support for escalated issues, covering all levels of support, frequent project work, and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: Maintaining the IT infrastructure to their client base. Participating in frequent project work. Provide technical support for servers and applications. Configuration and support of firewalls, routers, switches, and servers. Skills/Experience: MSP experience is necessary DV Clearance (will be provided) Configurations and setup of switches, routers, and firewalls (3 years’ experience) Microsoft Servers and Desktops Active Directory VMware Storage (NAS / SAN) VoIP Exchange (on-premise) Backups This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisation skills to join an expanding company.
