Program Management Office Analyst

Role: PMO Analyst Max rate: £322 per day via umbrella Location: Knutsford (2-3 days on site) Duration: End of December 2025 IR35 status: Inside Overall purpose of the role – Barclays are looking to appoint a PMO Analyst to join the Central PMO team within our financial crime transformation programme. This is a dynamic and evolving role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication with stakeholders across the bank. Key Accountabilities: Liaising with stakeholders across the bank in relation to the transformation programme Maintaining accurate documentation of project information, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports General project administration tasks such as: Managing and sending invites to meetings, minute taking and distribution of relevant documentation Accurate documentation of project milestones Reporting of relevant project data to key stakeholders / groups Key Skills: Previous project/PMO experience in the banking/financial services industry is ideal Strong administration and document experience in previous transformation projects Experience of working on transformation programmes in financial crime would be advantageous Highly organised and detail-oriented Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook etc Experience in minute taking Self-starter with a strong work ethic Experience with Navigator would be beneficial Experience in creating calendar views is ideal.
