We’re now looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our technical team. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-level technical support for client IT environments, resolving escalated 2nd/3rd line incidents and service requests. Act as a trusted technical point of contact for key clients, maintaining excellent communication and service. Troubleshoot and support a wide range of infrastructure including: Switches, routers, and firewalls (e.g. Cisco, HP, Ubiquiti, WatchGuard) Windows and Linux servers Microsoft 365 and Exchange Microsoft Intune Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, identity) Virtualisation platforms (e.g. Hyper-V, VMware) Assist with project delivery, including migrations, deployments, and infrastructure upgrades. Document solutions, procedures, and client environments clearly and thoroughly. Mentor junior engineers where needed. Requirements Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support or senior technical role. Strong understanding of network technologies: Layer 2/3 switching, routing, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls. Solid Windows Server and Linux admin skills. Confident with Microsoft 365 and Intune deployments and policy design. Experience with Azure – particularly in identity, networking, and virtual machines. Virtualisation experience with Hyper-V or VMware. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Well-organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing priorities under pressure. Desirable Experience working for or with an MSP or IT Services provider. Exposure to monitoring tools, RMM platforms, or scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
