Payroll Assistant Part-time

My client, a well-established and reputable organisation, based in Kent is looking to for a Payroll Assistant to join them on a part-time, permanent basis. Duties will include: Processing both weekly and monthly payroll for the group of companies Handling onboarding and offboarding tasks related to payroll, including processing new starters and leavers Preparing and posting payroll journals for the finance team Submitting monthly reports including pension data Assisting with month-end schedules and supporting with year-end audits Resolving any payroll related queries The successful candidate will: Have previous experience within a similar role Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Have intermediate to advanced Excel skills In return the company is offering a competitive salary, a generous benefits package, onsite parking, the opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive, flexible environment and more!
