Commercial Gas Engineer - Facilities Provider - Glasgow - £45,000 plus on-call allowance and excellent benefit package This an exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based on a static site in Glasgow. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a static Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across an established contract based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Commercial gas engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression. The successful candidate will be GasSafe commercial gas qualified with extensive experience in commercial building maintenance. Duties & Responsibilities: Key Duties & Responsibilities You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties Reactive maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties Self-delivery of smaller installations Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems. Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required. Reactive and planned commercial maintenance Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship Requirements: Commercial GasSafe qualifications Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge Extensive experience working within commercial environments Package: Basic Salary of up to £45,000 Monday Friday 08.00 - 17.00 On-call Rota 25 days holiday Bank Holidays Work Phone Provided Full company uniform ADZN1_UKTJ
