A leading estate agency in Southport is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable individual to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a residential portfolio of 150–250 properties across the North West. With a strong base salary, performance-based bonuses, and clear career progression, this role offers excellent earning potential within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 150–250 residential properties, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and tenant satisfaction. Oversee inspections, repairs, compliance checks (gas safety, EICRs, EPCs, landlord licensing), and tenancy lifecycles. Handle escalated issues including disputes and complex maintenance matters. Manage tenancies from start to finish: move-ins, renewals, checkouts, and deposit returns. Ensure timely rent collection and oversee arrears management. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Conduct property valuations and promote additional services where appropriate. Maintain accurate, compliant records and stay up-to-date with legislation (e.g., TDP, GDPR, landlord licensing). Offer financial advice to landlords, including statements and expenditure updates. Contribute to business growth by retaining clients and attracting new landlords. Resolve complex issues with professionalism and efficiency. Deliver top-tier customer service at all times. What You'll Need Previous experience in lettings and property management (essential). Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office. Full UK driving licence. Sound knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements. What's in It for You?
