This role will be the key deputy for the HR Manager, being a pivotal part of the team ensuring the seamless service is met on a day-to-day basis. They’re looking to pay c£35,000 with slight flex for someone exceptional. About you… As HR Advisor, you will ideally have 3 years’ experience within a manufacturing setting (food manufacturing isn’t essential but a nice to have) or in a similar role to this, with a CIPD qualification (Level 3) essential. This is an extremely fast paced environment where you will need to get off to start this role with impact. Experience working in this environment is essential. How to apply?
