Senior / Engineer - PVD / Lithography Process Be among the first 25 applicants Respond promptly to any issues related to PVD, plasma, oven curing processes, or quality concerns, and resolve them efficiently. Troubleshoot line process issues and provide training to line AEs. Own and update documentation such as PFMEA, OCAP, WI, or SOP. Plan and conduct new process or package development and evaluations. Perform process margin studies to assess the capability of new processes or packages. Execute or manage Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to enhance yield and cost efficiency. Qualify new machines, prepare qualification reports, and handle documentation and release by CRB. Collaborate with EE to set up FDC control for PVD, Plasma, and Oven processes. Provide technical training to AEs on process issues encountered during manufacturing. Work closely with other departments to ensure successful implementation of new processes or packages. Requirements: Degree in Engineering or Science. Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with exposure to lithography or dry processes (e.g., plasma, sputtering) or wet processes (e.g., electrochemical plating, wet etching). Proficiency in statistical (SPC) and analytical problem-solving skills. Experience with statistical tools and data analysis software such as JMP. Familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CAD and other statistical software is a plus. Knowledge of metrology tools like profilers, OM, film thickness measurement, and four-point probe is advantageous.
