Job Role: Salesforce Test Engineer/Manager Location: Mexico City// Guadalajara (Hybrid) Type of Employment: Full Time Salesforce Test Manager having 5 years of 10 experience in Testing with the below skills. 1. Test Lead /management skills 2. Test co-ordination/Stakeholder management skills 3. SF testing experience on Sales /Service cloud 4. Creation of Test strategy/Automation Test Strategy Key skills: - Salesforce testing, Agile test management, Test plan/Strategy creation, Mobile testing and Automation using selenium. - Client interfacing skills and stakeholder management skills. Mandatory: Test Automation Tools: Proficiency in tools like Java with Selenium, Azure Devops, BDD Cucumber for efficient testing processes. Test Management: 1. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and DevOps. 2. Making informed decisions under tight deadlines and constraints. Resolving technical and operational challenges during testing phases. 3. Experience in Azure Devops test management, Pipeline, Reports and Dashboards, Sauce labs Team Management: 1. Leading diverse QA teams, mentoring members, and fostering collaboration. 2. Allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and project goals. Production Support: 1. Handle production support service now incidents. 2. End to end interaction with end users – Problem solving skills 3. SSO Login, iPad settings, Salesforce Domain Knowledge: Salesforce sales cloud, salesforce mobile app, Experience cloud, Salesforce technical support , Salesforce Maps
