See more, at www.skf.com Responsibilities - Demand Planning: Analyzing sales forecasts, market trends, and historical data to anticipate inventory needs. Inventory Level Control: Ensuring optimal stock levels to avoid both shortages and overstock. Purchase Order Management: Coordinating with suppliers to issue timely and accurate purchase orders / Billing Record Tracking Connection with business areas and contact with different factories: Collaborating with sales, purchasing, logistics, and production to align inventory with overall operations. Inventory Turnover Analysis: Evaluating product movement speed and making decisions to improve inventory efficiency. Cost Optimization: Identifying opportunities to reduce costs related to storage, transportation, and product obsolescence. Monitoring and Adjustments: Continuously tracking inventory performance and adjusting plans based on demand changes or supply chain issues. Transportation contact. Use of ERP/MRP Systems: Utilizing specialized software for inventory planning and tracking. Required Skills - Academic background: Logistics Engineer or related, Industrial Engineer, International Trade, Business Administration, International Business, or related. Fluent English (conversational) (B2 – C1). 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics processes and warehouse control. Intermediate/Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP function). Knowledge in data analysis, inventory management methodologies, supply chain management, quality management system (IATF desirable) Desirable knowledge of software (SAP or similar ERP). Experience from: manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutics, or similar. Preferred Skills - Detail-oriented. Teamwork. Effective communication. Client Service. Decision-taking. Open-minded. Temporary position (6 months)
