Accounts Receivable Analyst

Based on the growth plans, it is being incorporated to produce harnesses and connectors with application in the automotive sector, which represents a great opportunity for success for the plant and all of us who make up the Volex team. The ideal candidate for Accounts Receivable Analyst Core Areas of the Role Include but not limited to: Maintains responsibility for applying cash receipts to all Volex NA customer accounts in a timely manner, thus allowing for customer accounts to be up to date for collection purposes Responsible for all out going invoices to customers. Balances daily cash receipts with general ledger to maintain accuracy. Responsible for sending Volex NA customers a monthly account statement listing all open invoices. Sends Intercompany Accounts Receivable statements to other Volex units and ensuring units are in balance with our statement. Maintains current contact list for all customers. Process customer debits and credits (Billing Adjustments) for accounts with discrepancies. Process Customer Returns, ensuring all paperwork is done in the Corrective Action Database. Assists with Collections on past due accounts. Maintains working relationships with his/her peers and Customers Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field 2 Years of commercial accounts receivable work experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel) English level fluency bilingual is required. Teamwork skills are needed.
