We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team in Querétaro, Mexico . What You’ll Do: Conduct internal and external quality audits ✅ Inspect incoming and outgoing products Handle customer and supplier complaints Prepare quality assurance documents and work instructions Manage compliance with IATF 16949 and related standards Perform and manage equipment calibrations Create PPAPs/EMPBs Support quality software implementation and process changes What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Admin, or equivalent Proven experience in a similar quality assurance role Strong understanding of IATF-16949 in serial production High level of quality awareness and analytical thinking Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems What We Offer: A permanent role in a stable, internationally operating company A varied role with a high level of personal responsibility Room for growth and development within a dynamic team Attractive and partly performance-based salary package Ready to shape the future of flexible material solutions with us?
