Role: Azure Databricks Developer Location: Guadalajara// Mexico City// Monterrey (Hybrid) Type of Employment: Full Time Start Date: Immediate Must Have Skills: App Services Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server Azure Databricks Azure Cloud Service Azure Key Vault Load Balancer SQL Database SQL Server Storage Accounts Virtual Machines Monitor Logs Resolve inbound customer calls, chat and self-service tickets Provide detailed documentation in the ticket logging system Effectively receive and manage customer issue escalations Take ownership and responsibility for customer technical issues Increase knowledge base by relaying new issue resolution information to the Service Desk Administrator through the established knowledge gap process Promptly notify Critical Incident Management of high priority issues after gathering the necessary information for escalation Maintain a high level of customer experience quality Incident Management, service/process improvement, user access management, knowledge management Form the initial application support level and the first interface to helpdesks SOP/Script-based resolution and compliance Perform daily preventive and routine checks Perform job tracking and batch feed management Continually look for possibilities to reduce incident influx through scripting, self-service, automation and FAQs for enterprise end users RCA analysis determined recurring incident patterns resolution of unknowns and ad hoc compliance via configuration changes, workarounds
