Salesforce CPQ & Billing Consultant

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions. - Customize CPQ modules such as Product Configuration, Pricing, Discounting, Approvals, and Quote Generation. - Implement and optimize Salesforce Billing features, including subscriptions, invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SalesOps, Finance, and Product to gather requirements and deliver scalable billing solutions. - Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems and external payment gateways. - Contribute to the adoption of Salesforce best practices and governance across implementations. - Conduct end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live Qualifications : - Minimum 6 years of Salesforce experience, including 3 years focused on CPQ and Billing. - Strong command of Salesforce CPQ functionality and configuration workflows. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Billing and Revenue Cloud capabilities. - Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flows) and working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERPs or third-party payment systems. - Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist and/or Billing Specialist are highly to Have : - Exposure to global tax, compliance, and localization features in Salesforce Billing. - Experience working in Agile project delivery models. - Familiarity with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) for integrations.
