We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities : Design seamless, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using design tools Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA to implement cohesive designs Ensure designs adhere to accessibility and responsiveness standards Maintain and contribute to the design system and style guides Present and advocate for user-centered design decisions to stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design - Strong portfolio showcasing design projects (web & mobile applications) - Proficiency in tools such as : 1. Figma 2. Adobe XD 3. Sketch 4. InVision 5. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) - Working knowledge of front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript - Familiarity with modern frameworks like React or Angular is a plus - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive design - Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments - Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar for user behavior analysis - Experience designing for ERP or SaaS platforms is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
