We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in the ServiceNow platform, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Service Mapping, and APM (Application Performance Management). The ideal candidate will be proficient in ServiceNow Discovery and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The role requires an individual capable of managing multiple tasks and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities : ServiceNow Expertise : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow development, customization, and implementation. CMDB & Service Mapping : Lead and contribute to the implementation and management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Service Mapping processes. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in the CMDB for smooth IT operations. Discovery and Integration : Proficiently manage and support the ServiceNow Discovery process. Configure and fine-tune discovery tools to ensure accurate discovery of infrastructure and services across IT environments. APM (Application Performance Management) : Utilize and manage APM tools to monitor and optimize application performance, helping to identify issues before they impact end-users. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow solutions into existing workflows. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Communication : Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Prepare documentation, reports, and provide end-user training. Multi-tasking & Organization : Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Qualifications & Skills : - Proven expertise in the ServiceNow platform including development, implementation, and customization. - Strong experience with CMDB and Service Mapping, ensuring data integrity and optimization of IT service management processes. - Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery and integration with IT infrastructure. - Solid understanding of Application Performance Management (APM) and ability to implement solutions to monitor and improve application performance. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. - Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
