Webkul - Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Salesforce Department. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business analysis expertise and Salesforce platform knowledge, supporting the design and implementation of scalable, client-focused CRM solutions. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into Salesforce functionalities. - Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops. - Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for Salesforce implementations. - Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including: - Custom Objects and Fields - Workflows, Process Builder, and Flow - Validation Rules and Approval Processes - Reports and Dashboards - Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure alignment and delivery of business solutions. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training on Salesforce functionalities. - Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system enhancements. - Keep up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates and best practices to introduce innovative solutions. - 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce-centric environment. - Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce features including : - Process Automation (Flows, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes) - Data Modeling (Objects, Fields, Relationships) - Reporting and Dashboards - Active Trailhead profile demonstrating consistent learning (please include link in your application). - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, Agile/Scrum Certifications such as : - Salesforce Certified Administrator - Platform App Builder - Business Analyst - Experience working directly with clients or in client-facing roles. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence). - Exposure to Webkul product suite or e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
