Contract Opportunity : Amazon Connect Specialist (Remote) Location : Remote (Must align with CST time zone) Contract Length : 3 months (25-40 hrs/week, flexible) Rate : Depends on Experience About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Connect Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this critical role, you'll design, implement, and optimize scalable, cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS DevOps tools. Key Responsibilities : - Design, configure, and deploy Amazon Connect solutions including call/contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and system integrations. - Develop custom solutions using Amazon Connect APIs and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation). - Troubleshoot and optimize Amazon Connect configurations to ensure top performance and reliability. - Offer technical consultation and best practices to clients and internal teams. - Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and developers to ensure successful deployments. - Train and support client teams on Amazon Connect features, administration, and usage. Required Skills & Experience : - Demonstrated expertise in designing and supporting Amazon Connect environments. - Strong understanding of Amazon Connect architecture, features, and telephony/contact center technologies. - Proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation). - Programming experience with JavaScript, Python, or Java. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - AWS certifications (especially those related to Amazon Connect) are highly desirable. Bonus : Experience with UX/UI in the Amazon Connect Contact Control Panel (CCP) this will be a major advantage. Additional Notes : The role will likely be full-time during the first 8 weeks, with the flexibility to scale down as the project progresses.
