LambdaTest - Product Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities : - Own and drive the design process for key areas of the LambdaTest product suite. - Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. - Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the agile development process. - Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to other designers. - Iterate rapidly on designs based on user testing, data analysis, and technical feasibility. - Advocate for the user and ensure that design decisions are grounded in user needs and business goals. - Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders. - Contribute to the overall design culture and quality standards at : - 3 years of professional experience in product design. - Strong preference for experience designing SaaS products or developer-focused tools. - A compelling portfolio showcasing your product thinking, user-centered design process, and high level of visual polish across web and/or desktop applications. - Proven proficiency in industry-standard design tools, with a strong emphasis on Figma (our primary tool). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design software is also valuable. - Solid understanding of fundamental UX principles, design systems, interaction design patterns, and information architecture. - Demonstrated experience working effectively within agile development teams and collaborating closely with engineers to ensure feasible and high-quality implementation of designs. - Ability to iterate quickly and effectively based on user feedback, data insights, and technical constraints. - Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly and persuasively.
