Portfolio optimization Senior Manager

As part of the Make-or-Buy team, the Senior Manager of Product Lifecycle Strategy is responsible for executing the global lifecycle management strategy at STADA, with a focus on maximizing manufacturing network performance, COGS leadership, supply reliability, and high-quality products. He/she defines criteria, processes, and governance to ensure the timely delivery of lifecycle management initiatives for legacy products within the STADA portfolio. He/she identifies gaps in current processes through the implementation of control systems and suggests actions via an established RACI matrix. Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business economics, industrial engineering, industrial management, or similar; Master’s degree is a plus. Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including CMO management, procurement, lifecycle management, and business development. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain, including COGS drivers and production costs. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements; EU knowledge is essential, non-EU is a plus. Proven project management experience with measurable results.
