Job Description: Voice Recording for AI Model Training Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. Are you interested in assisting researchers in training the next generation of audio machine-learning models? This research aims to improve the models' understanding of human speech and requests and make them more friendly and compassionate. Requirements: Native fluency in Spanish Ability to express a wide range of emotions through voice Ability to record in a quiet environment without background noise Access to an at-home recording studio Experience with voice-related work (e.g., voiceover acting, podcasting, audio narration) Access to a high-fidelity microphone for recordings Nice to Haves: Background in acting, classical voice training, or vocal music Access to an audio interface device Responsibilities: Record short conversations conveying different emotions, accents, and audio modulations Review and provide feedback on recordings made by others Review and edit scripts Maintain high-quality, professional recordings Save files in Audacity and organize them properly Refer to our FAQ Document for common questions Payment: Up to $60 USD per hour for core voice recording work Additional Information: We collect, retain, and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal requirements.
