Power Platform Solution Architect

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Power Platform Solution Architect! Role Overview The Power Platform Solution Architect provides leadership and technical expertise to clients and internal teams on system implementation, integration, maintainability, stability, and security. Responsibilities include leading discussions with stakeholders, providing training, and collaborating with team members. The role involves leading development efforts, documenting specifications, and ensuring quality standards throughout project lifecycles. The candidate must offer innovative solutions that meet business needs, strive for continuous improvement, and have a passion for technology and Power Platform. Essential Functions Lead design and architecture sessions with clients and consultants to gather and document requirements. Architect systems, integrations, security, and customizations. Advise on best practices for Power Platform, development, and integration. Write technical specifications and estimate effort. Coordinate with overseas development teams for mock-ups, testing, and deployment. Lead development efforts involving multiple resources. Provide technical oversight across projects. Assist in technical pre-sales activities. Create proof of concepts to validate designs. Mentor developers and participate in company initiatives. Stay updated on Power Platform and related technologies. Participate in design and architecture sessions. Implement customizations and reports based on client needs. Deliver internal training on best practices and new features. Qualifications Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools. Proficiency in Microsoft C# & ASP.NET. Deep knowledge of Power Platform integration and deployment. Understanding of software testing and QA. Professional demeanor. At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform. Experience with Power Pages and related security/authentication. Ability to balance short-term demands with long-term vision. Experience working with junior team members. Participation in pre-sales engagements. Knowledge of Power Platform licensing and development of Model-driven and Canvas apps. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Leadership experience in software development or architecture. Consulting experience and participation in large projects. Relevant Microsoft certifications. Experience with Dynamics 365 add-on products. Knowledge of Power Platform governance and solutions migration. Experience with SharePoint workflows and Power Platform conversions. Ability to work in Agile or Waterfall environments. Experience working with onshore and offshore teams. Hands-on Power BI development experience.
