Lead improvements to the company’s online lending business Product managers provide the deep product expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic product decisions. Primary Responsibilities Deep dive into business and user metrics to identify problems and insights Understand customer needs and behavioral patterns Formulate and test hypotheses Analyze profitability and develop financial models Design effective user interfaces, focusing on UX and CRO Manage product backlog and oversee feature implementation Maintain a user-centric approach Understand client needs and focus on overall user experience and product-market fit Utilize metrics such as LTV, ARPU, MAU Solve business problems through technology and process improvements Enhance user experience at all interaction points Improve profitability through revenue and cost optimization strategies Execute complex projects in an agile manner, such as API integrations and data processing improvements Knowledge & Skills Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills Leadership and change management capabilities Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking Strong problem-solving skills Assertiveness and proactive attitude Attention to detail, especially in tracking issues Self-motivated with strong analytical skills to identify impactful product improvements Knowledge / Abilities: Same as skills above, emphasizing organizational, leadership, problem-solving, assertiveness, and analytical abilities Experience Minimum 3-4 years in online product management. Experience in Insurance or Finance sectors is a plus.
