As Senior Analog / Mixed Signal CMOS Image Sensor Design Engineer, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge image sensor technology. This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise in analog / mixed-signal CMOS IC design, a passion for innovation, and the drive to contribute to a groundbreaking project that will revolutionize the future of imaging. Responsibilities : Design, develop, and optimize image sensor pixels, PLLs, CDS, ADCs, and CMOS integrated circuits. Document and analyze chip design, simulation/layout, and test results related to sensor and circuit performance. Manage full process design from schematic and layout to verification and reliability testing of high-speed, low-noise circuits. Develop and utilize advanced linear and nonlinear models or simulation techniques, translating between models, simulation, physical implementation, and measured performance. Collaborate with a team of Image Sensor design experts; interface with design management and module teams to create detailed specifications, report progress, and resolve performance and circuit design issues. Prepare materials for company presentations and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field. 5 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal CMOS circuit design. Background in high-speed analog CMOS circuit design and sensor arrays (5 years preferred). Specific experience with CMOS image sensors (5 years preferred). Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso and PVS tools. Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics. Preferred: M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant field. Experience with low-noise analog design techniques. Familiarity with sensor calibration and characterization. Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) concepts related to image sensors.
