Senior Portfolio Manager

As part of the Make-or-Buy team, the Senior Manager of Product Lifecycle Strategy is responsible for executing the global lifecycle management strategy at STADA. This role focuses on maximizing manufacturing network performance, with an emphasis on COGS leadership, supply reliability, and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Identify gaps in current processes through implementation of control systems and suggest actions using an established RACI matrix. Execute and present analysis and proposals, often with limited information and time. Train low to mid-level management on processes. Support decision-making with data, while demonstrating the ability to read and adapt to the audience. Work effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions, managing conflicting priorities by influencing and gathering support, utilizing emotional intelligence skills. Qualifications: Fluent in English; other languages are desirable. Bachelor’s degree in business economics, industrial engineering, industrial management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Experience in project management with a proven track record of results. Expertise in SAP, Power BI, and Tableau is advantageous.
