Theyve built an excellent reputation in the industry and are now looking to bring an experienced QS on board to support ongoing and upcoming projects. What Youll Be Doing: Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities Carrying out cost analysis and budget control Managing project finances with full financial oversight Advising on contractual claims and handling disputes Monitoring progress and providing detailed reports to clients Working closely with site and project teams to ensure cost-efficiency Youll be supported by a streamlined CRM and purchasing system to make your job easier and more efficientno clunky processes or outdated tools here.
