Outsourcing Accountant

As an Outsourcing Accountant you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients. You will work with businesses across various sectors, helping them maintain accurate financial records and comply with regulatory requirements. With multiple offices across Yorkshire, an organic growth strategy and commitment to client satisfaction, we're seeking a talented AAT qualified professional to join our growing outsourcing team. Description Manage a portfolio of outsourcing clients, providing bookkeeping and management accounting services Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for clients Process sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns Assist with payroll processing and related compliance Communicate with clients to gather information and provide accounting guidance Support senior team members with year-end accounts preparation Identify opportunities to improve clients' financial processes Profile AAT qualification (or equivalent) Proven experience in an accounting role within practice Strong knowledge of major accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Dext) Experience with cloud accounting solutions Knowledge of Making Tax Digital requirements Previous client-facing experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Team player with a client-focused approach Job Offer Competitive salary based on experience Flexible working arrangements Supportive team environment Structured career progression Study support for further qualifications Pension scheme Regular social events and team activities Modern offices in central Leeds location
