Associate Fire Engineer

An independent, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Fire Engineer to lead and develop their Birmingham-based fire engineering team. This is a strategic opportunity for a client-facing Associate Fire Engineer to step into a leadership role, overseeing projects across high-rise residential, commercial, and public sector developments. The Associate Fire Engineer's Role The successful Associate Fire Engineer will manage a variety of complex fire engineering projects, from concept design through to construction and occupation. This includes developing fire strategies, supporting planning applications, and liaising with regulatory bodies and design teams. The Associate Fire Engineer will also play a pivotal role in mentoring junior staff, supporting business development, and shaping the future direction of the fire division in the Midlands. The role offers significant autonomy, influence, and a clear path to Directorship.
