This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to take on a broad range of quality work within a supportive and client-focused environment. The Role You will handle a wide variety of commercial property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants) Lease renewals and assignments Property development and land promotion agreements Property finance and refinancing General property management and asset transactions The team advises a diverse client base including SMEs, investors, developers, and owner-managed businesses.
