Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Tower Hamlets, London An award-winning AJ100 international placemaking practice is offering an exciting Architectural Assistant job in their London studio. They're looking for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant with strong design and presentation skills and experience working on UK residential projects. This well-established practice of just under 100 people delivers placemaking projects across all scales - from major towns and cities to neighbourhoods, streets and individual buildings. As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you'll join a collaborative team of Architects and Urban Designers, with support from in-house graphics, visualisation. Role & Responsibilities Develop design proposals for UK-based residential and mixed-use developments Contribute to both outline and detailed planning applications Produce high-quality presentation material using a range of 2D and 3D tools Work collaboratively with in-house teams of architects, designers, and visualisers Help communicate and present design concepts both internally and to external stakeholders Maintain an understanding of planning and design standards relevant to UK housing. Required Skills & Experience A Part II qualified Architectural Assistant Strong visual and graphic presentation skills Ability to articulate and communicate a design concept Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable Enthusiasm for placemaking and residential design.
