Quantity Surveyor

Involve Recruitment are in search of an experienced Quantity Surveyor at all levels with a background in civils and groundworks. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, working on a range of civil engineering projects. MUST BE CANDIDATES BASED IN SOUTH WALES! Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and project forecasts. * Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. * Monitor project costs and ensure projects are delivered within budget. * Provide cost advice and support to project teams. Skills & Qualifications: * Experience in civils and groundworks projects. * Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Relevant qualification (Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar).
