Sub Agent

Involve Recruitment are in search of Sub Agent for our client a civil engineering main contractor. As a Civils Sub Agent, you’ll assist in managing civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will oversee the site team, maintain health and safety compliance, and ensure quality control across the project. MUST BE CANDIDATES BASED IN SOUTH WALES! Responsibilities: * Support Site Agent in managing day-to-day site operations. * Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors. * Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site. * Assist with project reporting and documentation. * Monitor quality and progress, resolving issues promptly. Requirements: * 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within civil engineering. * Relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering preferred). * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications desirable. * Full UK driving license.
