Family Paralegal

A long-standing, traditional multi-service practice with offices across the East Midlands has an exciting opportunity for a Family Paralegal to join its modern and dynamic Family Law department based in Loughborough. This role offers real work life balance and the chance to work flexibly from home on a hybrid basis. Your new role will see you working alongside a team of experienced Solicitors and Legal Executives, on a diverse caseload of predominantly privately funded Family Law matters (including divorce, finances, childcare/children’s matters, cohabitation arrangements and prenuptial arrangements) and supporting the wider Family team as and when necessary. You will also get exposure to legal aid and care matters. You will be working within a supportive team where you will have every opportunity to progress and develop your experience further in line with your career goals.
