Job Description Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Liverpool Area (In Person) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP Salary: £43,000 – £45,000 per year (depending on experience) The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established and reputable team operating across the Liverpool area. This is a permanent, full-time position focused on servicing commercial properties, with a stable Monday to Friday schedule and no call-out rota or shift patterns. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, repair, breakdown and minor installation work across a variety of commercial sites. Responsibilities * Service and maintenance of commercial gas systems * Reactive breakdown support and fault diagnosis * Minor installation and upgrade works * Completing job sheets and service reports accurately * Ensuring all works comply with relevant safety and compliance standards Required Qualifications & Experience * Valid commercial gas qualifications (ACS) – essential * Proven experience in commercial servicing and breakdown * Full UK driving licence * Strong fault-finding skills and technical knowledge * Good communication and customer service abilities What’s on Offer * £43,000 – £45,000 per annum (based on experience) * Monday to Friday working hours: 08:00 – 16:30 * Company van, fuel card and tools provided * No shift patterns or out-of-hours call-outs * Permanent position with long-term job security * Supportive and professional team environment Compliance Requirements * Proof of Right to Work in the UK * Valid commercial gas certifications * Two professional references
