What You’ll Be Doing Be the Go-To Advisor : Support insolvency practitioners across all aspects of administration, liquidation, and receivership. Handle the Hard Stuff : Navigate both contentious and non-contentious cases—litigation, dispute resolution, and more. Lead with Strategy : Offer forward-thinking advice on complex insolvency scenarios, with a commercial edge. Draft With Precision : Prepare insolvency applications, legal agreements, and strategic documentation. Show Up in Court : Represent clients confidently in hearings, negotiations, and settlements.
