Your Role in the Firm Lead Transactions: Manage property sales and purchases from instruction to completion—residential, commercial, and everything in between. Draft & Advise: Prepare and review legal documentation, giving clear, strategic advice to clients. Navigate Complex Deals: Engage in high-value and distressed transactions, including those involving insolvency practitioners and receivers. Collaborate Across Sectors: Work with professionals in litigation, recovery, and corporate services for seamless client service. Communicate with Impact: Build strong relationships with clients through timely updates and clear advice. Stay Sharp: Keep up-to-date with legal changes, and apply this knowledge with confidence and creativity.
