Job Title: Financial Accountant Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 p.a. Are you an experienced Financial Accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Main areas of responsibility: Prepare high-quality monthly management accounts Assist in the production of financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement Monitor and record financial transactions with accuracy Support the development and management of company budgets Analyse financial data using ratios and trend analysis to highlight areas for improvement Assist in preparing and filing tax returns Contribute to audit preparation and ensure compliance with relevant standards Required Skills & Desired Experience: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent), with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience Strong financial analysis skills with advanced Excel and data manipulation capabilities In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP and working knowledge of international standards Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP/accounting software Understanding of ESG and environmental reporting Strong knowledge of corporate governance and audit procedures Proven budgeting and forecasting expertise Excellent communication and collaboration skills Adaptability and a proactive approach to continuous improvement Benefits: Enhanced annual leave Holiday Purchase Scheme Private medical insurance Free onsite parking Staff discounts Flexible and hybrid working If you're ready to bring your expertise to a progressive organisation where your insights will drive success, we’d love to hear from you.
