Support Engineer

Support Engineer Location: Weybridge Hybrid: 2 / 3 days a week in the office Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 Bonus I’ve partnered with a small software house experiencing exciting growth. As part of that, they are looking for a Support Engineer to help support and shape their growing infrastructure. Working as part of a small team, supporting a technically focused company, this role will span from supporting general day to day support to looking at basic DevOps practices. As the Support Engineer what will be your main objectives? Offer general support to the broader business - Typically 1st to 2nd/3rd Learn and work towards contributing towards the ongoing support of their CI/CD pipelines To evolve your DevOps-based skillset in line with the business needs over time As the DevOps Engineer, you'll need the following: Proven background in supporting both desktop and server environments across Windows and Linux systems. Exposure to scripting, particularly using Python; any working knowledge of C++, C, Bash, PowerShell or Java is welcome. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. What’s in it for you?
