Job Description

Job Profile Our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare sector , is embarking on a major digital transformation journey, implementing a new Practice Management System and ADP as their new HRIS platform . To ensure a seamless rollout and adoption, they are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to document current operations, design future state processes, and play a key role in project delivery. You’ll work across the entire organisation—from the shop floor to the C-suite—mapping “as-is” processes and designing optimised “to-be” workflows that align with the new systems. Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and document end-to-end business processes Create clear, visual process flows for current operations ("as-is") Design and map out future state processes ("to-be") tailored for new system implementations Support the delivery of HRIS (ADP) and Practice Management System projects Ensure data integrity and readiness for system transition Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to align process improvements with project goals Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in documenting business processes and developing process flows Strong stakeholder engagement skills, from operational staff to senior executives Experience delivering or supporting HRIS implementations— ADP experience is a plus Background in Practice Management Systems, ideally within the healthcare sectors Proficiency with Excel and solid understanding of business data Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous
