Key Responsibilities Develop and refine system models and simulations Implement algorithms and conduct data analysis Support system verification, field trials, and lab-based testing Work alongside multi-national engineering teams Drive continuous improvement and innovation in modelling and simulation Essential Skills & Experience Strong background in modelling, coding, and algorithm development Proficiency in data analysis and technical report writing Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience Desirable Skills Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink Experience in formal software or firmware development Knowledge of RF systems and digital signal processing Familiarity with model verification, configuration control, and release processes Understanding of Continuous Integration and Testing, Machine Learning, and AI
