Service Planner / Administrator - The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Service Planner / Administrator to become a key member of our close-knit, busy service team, based in Buckingham. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: • Coordinate and schedule the deployment of Service Engineers to customer sites across the UK • Generate system-based quotations and invoices • Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently Service Planner / Administrator - Qualifications, Experience & Profile: This role is ideal for someone with an administration or planning background, who enjoys working methodically and managing a busy workload. Successful candidates will be: • Experienced in scheduling / planning (preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Confident with telephone communication • Strong in customer service and relationship management • Highly attentive to detail • Numerate and analytical • Positive, enthusiastic, and approachable • Well-versed in written and spoken English Please note: There is a six-month probationary period, during which full training and support will be provided to help the successful candidate settle into the role.
