Financial Controller - 12 month FTC Media Advertising £70-75k London Are you a qualified accountant? Do you have proven experience as a Financial Controller within media/marketing/advertising? Do you have commercial finance experience? I am partnered with a high-performing advertising firm who have gone through natural, organic growth and have recently won prestigious new contracts with some of the most recognisable brands in the world. My client is looking for a Financial Controller to lead a small team and play a crucial role in supporting the group. The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be involved with all aspects of finance and predominantly lead in a commercial finance focused opportunity. Key Responsibilities Be the key lead for financial reporting, ensuring a smooth production of management accounts including key variance analysis and commentary for stakeholder reporting Lead on commercial finance, being the business partner for non-financial stakeholders and providing commercial analysis related to revenue forecasting, client profitability and billings Prepare budgets/forecasts and support on assessing longer term forecasts against revenue and key margins Manage working capital and company cashflow, overseeing the management of WIP, debtor and accrued revenue Create process improvements and implement financial improvements to further streamline the finance function About you: Ideally qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CAANZ/CA Must have experience in marketing/media/advertising/PR/creative Proven experience working across commercial finance and group reporting Management experience is desirable Fantastic communication skills, diligent and motivated
