KAFKA Engineer

Fabulous Contract opportunity Strategic and innovative Confluent Kafka Role description: Member of Enterprise Integration Platform team designing, implementing, and managing Confluent Kafka-based solutions at scale Skills required: Proven experience with Confluent Kafka, including setup, configuration, and management of clusters Event-driven design and development Proficient in Kafka administration, configuration, and troubleshooting Experience in implementing Kafka Self-Managed connectors, replicators, and security aspects Experience in Java, Flink, KSQL Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively DevOps/Platform mentality and familiarity with tools to implement them such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform desirable Understanding and experience with GCP/Azure/AWS cloud desirable
