Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities: Lead financial management for our Mexico-based manufacturing facility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Partner with business units to assess risks, drive financial performance, and provide data-driven decision support. Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and corporate financial policies. Collaborate with global teams to align Mexico operations with international finance standards. Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by leadership. Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5 years of progressive financial experience, preferably in multinational manufacturing or industrial settings. Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with global colleagues. Working knowledge of international finance regulations, including cross-border compliance requirements. Preferred : Familiarity with Mexican fiscal policies and accounting standards. Experience supporting overseas subsidiaries from a corporate finance perspective.
