Communication Assistant - Digital Publishing Team

We are looking for a Communication Assistant to join the EFSA Digital Publishing Team (in the Communication Unit). Responsabilit Support senior officers in: processing web publishing requests, collecting and analysing web analytics and data, preparing user testing activities, collecting and managing requirements for migration of scientific publishing tools. Functie-eisen Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level), At least 1 year of relevant working experience in communication departments within international organisations, Understanding of web publishing, technologies (CMS) and design, foundations of usability for web and mobile, web analytics, Quantitative and qualitative analysis of user', s behaviour on digital platforms is an asset, Proficiency in IT tools (Office software), Behavioural competencies: working with others, analysis and problem solving, priority setting and planning. Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 24 months. Salary: approx. €2233 per month before taxes. Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from Parma, Italy for the remaining days.
