About the Role We are looking for Senior Associates to join our Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on high-impact, international strategy and management consulting projects, primarily within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. Our clients include telecommunications operators, technology firms, regulatory authorities, public institutions, and more. By joining Axon, you will have the opportunity to contribute across our three core consulting practices : Policy & Regulation Main Responsibilities As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for : Handling and delivering diverse consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors. Identifying key challenges and proposing structured, actionable recommendations. Presenting strategic insights and proposals through reports and presentations. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborating effectively with multicultural teams. Supporting senior team members in business development efforts and proposal writing What We Offer Over 95% of our projects are international in scope. Profile Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria : A degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics, with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic performance. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus 2 to 3 years of experience in strategy / management / business consulting (prior exposure to the ICT / TMT sector is preferred) Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to dynamic environments. Willingness and ability to travel internationally. Proficiency in Spanish, Gulf Arabic, or other languages is a plus. A valid work permit for Spain is required. Why Axon?
