For our office in Madrid, we seek an Insights & Analytics Lead to drive our data landscape, analyze data, and implement insights across the business unit. You will be the data engine fueling analysis and data extraction, translating data into brand strategy, and connecting closely with Marketing and Sales. Your role is crucial in establishing data-driven decision-making and business insights. As the Insights & Analytics Lead, you will work from our Madrid office 8 days per month and will: Drive insight generation end-to-end, from data acquisition to advanced analytics, visualization, and reporting. Partner with the business to translate insights into actionable recommendations and support strategic decisions. Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps. Maintain and optimize data infrastructure, including databases and master data management. Leverage internal and external sources to analyze business performance and identify operational improvements or opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to impact our business operations and insights integration.
