The company has €6 billion of AUM as of Q1 2024. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Analyst Real Estate Acquisitions at Sienna Investment Managers. The role is located in Madrid but allows for some work from home. Responsibilities include analyzing and underwriting real estate investments, conducting asset tours, market research, competitive and financial analysis, and developing presentations and reports for internal and external use. Qualifications Undergraduate degree, with strong academic achievement 1-2 years of relevant experience ideally in real estate asset investments, private equity, lending, investment banking, or brokerage Strong understanding of real estate acquisition principles Experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills Advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
