You don't need to have managed/led teams, but you will need to have experience mentoring & coaching. Key Questions: Do you know how the data you're working with affects the business? This question is KEY. Do you have a passion/interest for Tech/AI and see how it can help improve Healthcare? Are you a people-person and someone who can work in a start-up, nimble environment?
